To contact Exact Internet please click on our contact tab to open a support ticket, which is emailed through to an engineer. We aim to answer all support tickets within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues you have within 5 business days.


Complaints Procedure


1. Contact our support team via our Contact page or contact us on the number on our website.

2. If you have contact the support team and do not feel that you have had a satisfactory response please contact the Support Team Leader on, all emails will look to be answered within 48 hours and the case will be looked at and we aim to respond within 10 working days. If the case requires longer investigation, we will contact you with 10 working days to inform you of this.

3. If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phising scams, spam emails etc), please contact us via our contact tab. This will open a support ticket which will be emailed through to support engineer, please provide us with as much detail about the abuse and we will investigate your complaint.
