We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with part of our Hosted Exchange cluster.
This issue is due to a major fire at a substation close to one of our data centres. Full service will be resumed as quickly as possible. We would like to assure users that no data or mail flow has been compromised during this outage. We will continue to update this post as further updates are available.
Update 1: The data centre engineering team are working to resolve the remaining mailboxes that have not come online. Please close and restart Outlook if your connectivity has not been restored automatically.
Update 2: We believe all but a few mailboxes are now operating properly. Please notify our support team via support ticket if you are still experiencing connectivity issues.
Update 3: All affected mailboxes should now be back online. Please notify us if you are experiencing any ongoing problems.
